[Problem] To obtain an antioxidant composition which can be dissolved easily in fats and oils without precipitating or suspending catechins which are insoluble in fats and oils, and which has an outstanding antioxidative effect. [Solution] 0.1-30 parts by weight of catechins are dissolved in 70-99.9 parts by weight of a diglycerine oleate monoester to obtain this antioxidant composition. |
