[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing antibody-conjugated integrated phosphor nanoparticles with which decreases in immunostaining efficiency due to molecular aggregation can be minimized, a method for manufacturing antibody-conjugated integrated phosphor nanoparticles, and an immunostaining reagent kit. [Solution] Provided are antibody-conjugated integrated phosphor nanoparticles in which antibodies and integrated phosphor nanoparticles are bonded by a reaction between SH groups produced by reduction of the disulfide bonds (āSāSā) of the antibodies, and conjugating groups on the surface of the integrated phosphor nanoparticles, wherein if n represents the number of moles of streptavidin, in which disulfide bonds have been reduced to SH groups using 2-iminothiolane, that can bond to a prescribed number of conjugating groups within a given unit area of the surface of the integrated phosphor nanoparticles, there are at least 2n mol of the antibodies that can bond to the prescribed number of the conjugating groups. |
