titleOfInvention | Sparstolonin b derivative and preparation method therefor and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a natural product sparstolonin B derivative and a preparation method therefor and use for preparing anti-tumor drugs. The structural formula of the derivative is as follows, wherein R is hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, C 3-6 cycloalkyl, C 5-10 aryl, pyridyl, C n H 2n X, OR 1 or NR 2 R 3 ; n is 1-6, X is vinyl, acetenyl, C 5-10 aryl, azo-aryl comprising 1 to 4 nitrogen atoms and 1 to 5 carbon atoms, hydroxyl, C 1-4 alkoxyl, amino, N, N-biC 1-4 alkyl amino, carboxyl, acylamino, sulphonylamino, C 1-4 alkoxycarbonyl, cyano or nitryl; R1 is hydrogen, C 1-4 alkyl, benzyl or methoxyl benzyl; and R 2 and R 3 are respectively hydrogen, C 1-4 alkyl, benzyl, methoxyl benzyl or R 2 and R 3 jointly form a 4-7 membered ring with N atoms. The sparstolonin B derivative in the present invention is used for anti-tumor drugs, and the compound in the present invention is novel in structure, has relatively good druggability and has relatively high activity of inhibiting tumor cell growth, and has a simple and convenient preparation method and is easy to operate and amplify. |
