titleOfInvention Composition for treatment of cartilage damage and method for preparing same
abstract The present invention relates to a composition for treatment of cartilage damage including degenerative arthritis and, specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for bone diseases, wherein the composition contains the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and the extracellular matrix (ECM) and enables bone generation without side effects to minimize the surgical operation, such as incision, leading to no scars and a quick recovery. In addition, the treatment for cartilage damage including degenerative arthritis can be effectively performed by adding platelet rich plasma (PRP), an aqueous solution of calcium chloride (CaCl 2 ), and hyaluronic acid to the composition.
