abstract | A fluorine-containing ether monocarboxylic acid aminoalkyl ester represented by the general formula C n F 2n+1 O[CF(CF 3 )CF 2 O] a CF(CF 3 )COO(CH 2 ) b NR 1 R 2 (here, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or C1 to C12 alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group, preferably a C1 to C6 alkyl group or aryl group, R 2 is a C1 to C12 alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group, preferably a C1 to C6 alkyl group or aryl group, n is an integer 1-3, a is an integer 2-20, preferably an integer 4-10, and b is an integer 1-12, preferably an integer 1-3). Said fluorine-containing ether monocarboxylic acid ester, which has an amino group on the ester group end, is manufactured by reacting a perfluoroether carboxylic acid fluoride compound C n F 2n+1 O[CF(CF 3 )CF 2 O] a CF(CF 3 )COF with a hydroxyalkyl amine compound HO(CH 2 ) b NR 1 R 2 in the presence of an alkali metal fluoride. |
