Family sleep monitoring system |
abstract |
A distributed computer system 100 and method that will serve for recording sleep of at least one user using a mobile subscriber terminal 104 and a peripheral device 102 arranged to communicate with the mobile subscriber terminal 104. The present invention records the sleep parameters of family members by providing third party applications and a plurality of peripheral devices communicating with the mobile subscriber terminals according to the age and interest of each family member. The peripheral devices are configured to communicate sleep data to the mobile subscriber terminals and further to a data storage application 120 stored on a server computer 130. For a child user the peripheral device 102 and mobile subscriber terminal 104 may be incorporated into a soft toy 110. |
