Method for simultaneous detection of blood cells having interacting molecules |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for simultaneously detecting information relating to first target cells and second target cells, with regard to a molecule (molecule A) expressed in the first target cells and a molecule (molecule B) expressed in the second target cells, which molecules interact with one another, in order to measure conditions of expression of the two molecules (expression/non-expression, expression level) according to identical standards. To accomplish this purpose, the method of the present invention involves: adding blood from which red blood cells have been removed to a substrate for cell expansion; staining markers and nuclear markers for first target cells and second target cells, and acquiring respective fluorescence images thereof; identifying the first target cells and second target cells from the fluorescence images; and then detecting first target cells that express a molecule (A) and second target cells that express a molecule (B), whereby expression level information for the molecule (A) and the molecule (B) can be analyzed simultaneously. |
