abstract |
Disclosed are an electrode structure, a manufacturing method therefor, a display substrate and a display device. The manufacturing method for the electrode structure comprises: forming a carbon nanotube film layer thin-film on a base substrate; performing a doping process treatment on the carbon nanotube film layer thin-film by using a modified material, performing a patterning process on the carbon nanotube film layer thin-film which has undergone the doping process treatment so as to form patterns including first electrodes, or performing a patterning process on the carbon nanotube film layer thin-film so as to form patterns including carbon nanotube electrodes, and performing the doping process treatment on the patterns of the carbon nanotube electrodes by using the modified material so as to form patterns including the first electrodes. In this way, the first electrodes formed can be ensured to have a low sheet resistance value by doping the material of the carbon nanotube material with the modified material, and thus the requirement of flexible display for the conductivity of a flexible electrode can be satisfied. |
