Provided are non-genetic recombination strains for producing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-glucosamine by fermentation, the strains are preserved at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, one strain is Bacillus subtilis NJ090259 with a deposit number of CGMCC10257, another strain is Bacillus licheniformis NJ091195 with a deposit number of CGMCC10258, preserved date are all 29.12.2014. Also provided is a method for producing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-glucosamine using said strains. |
