abstract Provided is an antibacterial flooring coated with a film in which an antibacterial precious metal component is distributed at a high concentration over the entire film or on the surface portion of the film. A flooring material according to the present invention is formed by applying, drying, polymerizing and curing an antibacterial flooring paint including a resin raw material, a precious metal salt and a fulvic acid, and is characterized in that 10 -7 -10 -4 [mol/kg of the flooring material] of the precious metal salt is included with respect to 1 kg of the flooring material and the molar equivalent ratio of the precious metal salt to a carboxyl group of the fulvic acid in the flooring material is within a range of 1:10 to 1:100.
