abstract The invention relates to a beverage, production method and corresponding combined beverage. The beverage for human use comprises a solvent and a vegetable extract from the flower of a plant from the Malvaceae family and of the malva genus. The solvent can be water or a water-ethanol solution. The production method comprises a step of macerating the flower of the plant of the Malvaceae family and of the malva genus in the solvent until a golden yellow liquid is produced. This beverage serves as a base for a combined beverage by adding to it a second beverage with a lower pH than the beverage, such as citrus juices or soft drinks, tonic water, etc.
