abstract A wood-plastic composite (WPC) decorative panel and manufacturing method thereof, the WPC decorative panel comprising: a shell layer composed of a thermoplastic WPC material and a core layer composed of a panel-shaped wood core. The core layer composed of the panel-shaped wood core is covered by the thermoplastic WPC shell layer, and a decorative layer printed by a thermal transfer technique is disposed on outside of the shell layer. The manufacturing method of the WPC decorative panel comprises: a, preparing the wood core; b, preparing thermoplastic WPC source materials, melting the WPC source materials by a co-extrusion device capable of receiving the wood core, and coextruding the melted source materials and the wood core to form a panel material comprising the wood core as an inside of the panel material and the thermoplastic WPC material as an outside of the panel material; c, performing a decorative processing on the extruded panel material; d, cooling and shaping the decorative processed panel material; e, cutting the cooled and shaped panel material; and f, sealing an end surface of the panel material. The WPC decorative panel manufactured by the method is resistant to creep, and has a good overall mechanical property and structural stability.
