titleOfInvention Gas phase substance analysis apparatus and gas phase importing apparatus
abstract A gas phase substance analysis apparatus and a gas phase substance importing apparatus. The gas phase substance analysis apparatus (400) comprises: the gas phase substance importing apparatus and an ion mobility spectrometry analysis apparatus. The gas phase substance importing apparatus comprises a cluster capillary column (401) and a temperature control system. The ion mobility spectrometry analysis apparatus is used for analyzing the gas phase substance imported by the gas phase substance importing apparatus. The ion mobility spectrometry analysis apparatus comprises a reaction chamber (414) for reacting sample molecules and reaction ions. The reaction chamber (414) has a sample importing inlet for importing samples. The outlet of the cluster capillary column (401) is directly inserted into the inside of the reaction chamber (414) of the ion mobility spectrometry analysis apparatus via the sample importing inlet of the ion mobility spectrometry analysis apparatus.
