Site-specific polyethylene glycol modified asparaginase, preparation method therefor and application thereof |
abstract |
The present application discloses polyethylene glycol-based asparaginase and application thereof. Polyethylene glycol is coupled to the N-end amino of 1 or 2 subunits of L-asparaginase, and the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 30-40 KDa. The polyethylene glycol is preferably branched and has an aldehyde group serving as an active group. The polyethylene glycol-based asparaginase is suitable for preparing anti-tumor medicaments. |
