abstract The present invention relates to devices, kits, and methods for planning and carrying out surgical interventions and/or radiographic imaging, particularly dental implant radiographic imaging or surgical interventions. The present invention includes a modular surgical guide comprising an open treatment area for casting material and a foundation plate circumscribing the open treatment area. Another embodiment includes a foundation plate with a pair of bilateral sloping arms that connect upper and lower areas. Sensor arrays are also disclosed that can be positioned relative to a patient's gumline.
