abstract A first purpose of the present invention is to provide an electroconductive film which can be regarded as flexible because the film changes little in electrical resistance upon bending in, for example, a bending test. Provided is a process characterized by applying, to a base, a solution or dispersion containing at least one of organometallic compounds, metals, and metal oxides and treating the coating film by a heating step performed at a temperature at which the base does not deteriorate and/or by a step for irradiation with ultraviolet light, microwaves, or a plasma, thereby forming a flexible electroconductive film.
