Provided are: a cage for rolling bearings which suffers neither seizing nor damage even under high-temperature high-speed conditions such as ones including a dm·n value of 80×10 4 or more; and a rolling bearing including the cage. The rolling bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a plurality of rolling elements 4 interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a cage 5 holding the rolling elements 4, wherein the cage 5 is one obtained by injection-molding a resin composition, the resin composition being one obtained by incorporating a fibrous reinforcement into a polyamide resin obtained from a dicarboxylic acid ingredient and a diamine ingredient, the dicarboxylic acid ingredient comprising terephthalic acid as the main component, the diamine ingredient comprising 1,10-decanediamine as the main component, and as the fibrous reinforcement, 15-50 mass% glass fibers or 10-35 mass% carbon fibers being contained with respect to the whole resin composition. |
