abstract The present invention is liquid or solid organic and inorganic, composed, granule, pril, crystal or powder fertilizer comprising nitrification inhibitor, boron and polyalcohol. The present invention is a production process and a fertilizer particularly suitable for irrigated farming, comprising boron provided at an amount to meet the need of the plant thanks to the boron bonded to the nitrification inhibitor by means of ionic bonds, and where the losses of the nitrogen in the form of gas and occurring as a result of nitrogen are reduced by means of the inhibitor, and where the friction losses of the inhibitor during evaporation and packaging, storing, transportation and application are reduced.
