abstract |
The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I) wherein R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from 19 F and 18 F having selective binding for MAO-B as compared with MAO-A. The invention also provides radioactive versions of these compounds, and precursor compounds for the synthesis of these radioactive compounds. The radioactive compounds of the invention can find use for in vivo imaging applications. |
