titleOfInvention | Automated and self-sustaining system and method for producing aquaculture derivatives |
abstract | The invention relates to an automated and self-sustaining system and method for producing aquaculture derivatives, and pertains to the technical field of production of derivatives from aquaculture, more specifically to an automated and self-sustaining system and method for producing derivatives from aquaculture (preferably tilapia farming), the objective of which is the production of fish meat for human consumption, amongst other applications in the field of aquaculture. The system is constituted by a greenhouse (2) which contains a rectangular tank (1) with divisions, forming a fish production zone (1A) containing an oxygenation system formed by disc-type air diffusers (3) or by microporous hoses that receive the air from the radial compressor (3A), and a settling zone (1B) divided into three tanks provided with a biofilter system (4) based on floating aquatic macrophytes (B) for removing nitrogenated compounds from the water. The invention comprises a system of filters and water recirculation in closed circuit, which may be heated using solar and electric heat exchangers, or cooled using nebuliser panels; the invention comprises an automated system for distribution of feed and for monitoring and triggering an alert in the event of any problem with equipment, temperatures, water level, inter alia . |
