The biomolecule measurement system according to the present invention enables the introduction of a biomolecule into a nanopore without confirming the position of the nanopore in a film. Also, the biomolecule measurement system secures displacement stability and enables the acquisition of a stable block signal. In this system, a biomolecule-fixing member 107 that has a larger size than a film 113 provided with a nanopore 112 is used and the biomolecule-fixing member 107 fixes biomolecules at such a density that, when the biomolecule-fixing member 107 comes close to a nanopore device 101, at least one biomolecule 108 enters an electric field area around the nanopore. |
