The present invention relates to a dermatological composition, which is developed by a process of nanoencapsulation of the molecule polyhexanide (PHMB) in compositions comprising long-chain essential fatty acids derived from the biodiversity of Brazil, especially Astrocaryum murumuru , rich in palmitic acid, and Rhodiola rosea , of Asiatic origin. The polyhexanide molecules interact with the lipid membranes via fusion of hydrophobic components thereof with lipid hydrocarbons, generating monolamellar or bilamellar micellar nanospheres. The composition proposed in the present application can be applied to the skin, wounds, cuts, scratches and burns, for treating bacteria associated with infections. More specifically, the composition can be used for treating dermatoses and dermatitises selected from psoriasis, atopic and allergic dermatitises and dermatitises associated with incontinence (such as rashes). |
