abstract The present invention efficiently transmits a quantity of heat that a heat transfer member (13) has, to a heat receiving body (1) by having a configuration in which the heat transfer member (13) is evenly adhered to the heat receiving body (1) with a certain force or greater by a pressing member, to make the heat receiving body (1) reach a desired temperature faster. This heat exchange unit manages the temperature of the heat receiving body (1) and is provided with: the heat transfer member (13) having at least one heat storage member which changes in phase at a predetermined temperature; and the pressing member which presses the heat storage member (13) against the heat receiving body (1) with a pressing force greater than or equal to a predetermined value. The pressing member adheres the heat transfer member (13) to the heat receiving body when pressing.
