abstract |
A medical device of the present invention is provided with: an information acquisition unit for acquiring position information and line-of-sight information about a predetermined point of view; an image acquisition unit for acquiring an image obtained by observing the inside a predetermined luminal organ; a positioning unit that incorporates the position information and line-of-sight information into a predetermined luminal organ shape coordinate-system; a position calculation unit for calculating position information about an inner wall of the predetermined luminal organ opposing the predetermined point of view in the line-of-sight direction; an index generation unit for generating an index that is defined on the basis of a predetermined feature; an association unit for associating the index with an acquired image; and an image generation unit in which, on a three-dimensional image of the predetermined luminal organ or a two-dimensional model image which is an expansion image of the predetermined luminal organ, generated is an image in which the index and the position information of the inner wall are associated with each other. |
