Provided is a conductive film with which, for a touch panel sensor that uses a random pattern, the in-plane stability can be obtained or secured, excellent responsiveness can be achieved, and the generation of moiré can be suppressed and maintained similarly to a case where a regular pattern is used. Further, provided is an electrostatic capacitance-type touch panel sensor provided with the conductive film. With regard to a parameter Ca of a first overlap part in which a metal fine wire forming a first electrode and a metal fine wire forming a second electrode overlap in plan view, if the parameter is expressed by formula (1) Ca=(A-wa*wb)/d where the area of the overlap part is A (μm 2 ), the widths of the metal fine wires are wa and wb (μm), and the distance between the first electrode and the second electrode in the thickness direction of a base body is d (μm), the parameter Ca of at least 90% of the first overlap part included in a 5mm × 5mm square region, which is set in a conductive region so as to include an intersection region in which the first electrode and the second electrode intersect, is no more than 1.0 (Ca≤1.0). |
