The present invention relates to a promoter, derived from Brassica napus , for inducing a plant seed-specific expression and, specifically, the promoter induces a high expression of fatty acid synthesis gene in a plant, and thus a seed of a plant transformed with a recombinant expression vector comprising the promoter has an increased fatty acid content, and therefore the seed can be favorably used in basic research on the regulation of fatty acid metabolism and commercialization research for increasing the content of a specific high value-added fatty acid. |
