abstract |
The present invention provides a refrigerator oil containing an ester-based base oil obtained from a pentaerythritol and a mixed fatty acid comprising a C8 fatty acid and a C9 fatty acid, wherein the ratio Mw/Mn of the weight-average molecular weight Mw of the ester-based base oil to the number-average molecular weight Mn thereof is 1.06-1.20. In addition, the refrigerator oil is to be used with a slightly flammable hydrofluorocarbon coolant. |
