Provided is a wire harness whereby, even when a wire covering mixture composition is different from wire to wire, satisfactory waterproofing capabilities from a waterproofing agent and a covering material in a splice waterproofing portion of a wire harness can be exerted stably even when used under a high-temperature environment, and whereby a waterproofing structure can be provided inexpensively.nThe wire harness (1) has a waterproofing structure wherein: a splice portion has been formed by joining to one another conductors that have been exposed by partially removing from a plurality of insulated wires (4) each covering material (3) of each insulated wire, and, containing this splice portion, a conductor exposed portion (5) comprises a bundle of the exposed conductors from the plurality of insulated wires; a waterproofing agent (40) continuously covers the conductor exposed portion (5), and, adjacent thereto, the outer peripheral surface of each covering material extremity portion of each insulated wire (4), thereby sealing the conductor exposed portion (5); and a hardened material from a UV-curing adhesive having (A) an acrylic acid ester having a straight chain or a branched chain alkyl group comprising 2 to 12 carbons, (B) a (meth)acryate compound containing at least two or more urethane bonds within one molecule, and (C) a photo-polymerization initiator, has been used as the waterproofing agent (40). |
