The method (200) also comprises a step of rinsing (220) the reaction chamber (132) with a specified rinsing buffer (330). The method (200) also comprises a step of pressing (230) the membrane (130) onto the sensor carrier (110) and a step of reading out (240) the sensor carrier (110) in order to determine the at least one parameter of the analysis material (312) in the analysis buffer (310). |
