abstract | The present invention relates to a urethane acrylate and/or methacrylate oligomer obtained by reaction of a specific polyamine a) with a cyclic carbonate compound b) carrying m cyclic carbonate groups, giving an intermediate product c) carrying m formed urethane groups carrying reactive -NH- amine residual groups, and then an addition reaction of each of said reactive amine residual groups of said product c) on an acrylate group of a compound d) also carrying said acrylate group of p additional acrylate and/or methacrylate groups, each reactive -NH- amine residual group of said product c) being thus transformed into a carbon-nitrogen bond carrying said acrylate and/or methacrylate groups and thus obtaining said urethane oligomer, with each carbon-nitrogen bond formed carrying p acrylate and/or methacrylate groups and said urethane oligomer carrying m urethane groups and m alpha or beta hydroxyl groups of said urethane and having an acrylate and/or methacrylate functionality of between m*p(n-1) and m*p(2n-2). The invention also relates to a method for preparation of said oligomer in two steps, the intermediate product c) and the use of said urethane oligomer in cross-linking compositions, in particular in compositions for coatings, adhesives, 3-D objects obtained layer by layer, 3-D printing, moulding, sealing agents, chemical sealants, concrete or composites. |
