titleOfInvention Treatment method for deep dewatering of sludge
abstract An efficient and environmentally friendly deep dewatering method for sludge produced by municipal sewage treatment plants and sewage treatment. With regard to the method, waste sulphuric acid, O 3 and FeCl 3 are first fed into the sludge to be treated at normal temperature and pressure for oxidation membrane-breaking pretreatment to realize oxidation disintegration of sludge zoogloea structures and germ cell membranes so that a large amount of structural water, inclusion water and unit cell water in the sludge become interstitial water; then, by feeding Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 and PAM for strengthening and curing, flocculation sedimentation is performed, hydration products of gelling property form reticular structures among sludge particles at the moment, and pores of the reticular structures are filled with crystalline hydration products, so that the inside of the sludge becomes more compact; and finally, the moisture content of the sludge is decreased to not more than 50% by dewatering by a filter press, thus realizing reduction, stabilization and harmless of the sludge treatment.
