Provided are a method for fabrication of an OLED device, and an OLED device resulting from said method, the method for fabrication of the OLED device being: step 1: a substrate (1) is provided, and an anode (21) and a hole transport layer (22) are successively formed on the substrate (1); step 2: by means of a solution film formation method, a light-emitting layer (23) is fabricated on the hole transport layer (22); the light-emitting layer (23) comprises a red subpixel (231), a green subpixel (232), and a blue subpixel (233); at least one of the subpixels is formed using quantum dots, and at least one of the subpixels is formed using an organic light-emitting material; step 3: an electron transport layer (24) and a cathode (25) are successively formed on the light-emitting layer (23); step 4: a sealing cover panel (2) is provided, arranged above the cathode (25); by means of a sealant frame (3), the substrate (1) and the sealing cover panel (2) are bonded together, thereby sealing the OLED device. The subpixels in the light-emitting layer (23) are all formed by the solution film formation method, such that a fine mask is unnecessary during the process of fabricating the OLED device; therefore the cost of manufacture is low, the material utilization is high, and the yield is high. |
