abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition with which a moulded article having high slideability and impact resistance and, furthermore, having excellent tensile strength can be obtained. This resin composition, which includes an aromatic polyether ketone resin (I) and a fluororesin (II), is characterised in that the amount of sodium in the composition is 120 ppm or less relative to the composition or the amount of calcium is 15 ppm or less relative to the composition.
