abstract | The present technology is related to an imaging device, a manufacturing device, and a manufacturing method which can prevent infiltration of a substance such as hydrogen and prevent changes in performance. Provided are the following: an organic photoelectric conversion film; an upper electrode provided on the top of the organic photoelectric conversion film; a lower electrode provided on the bottom of the organic photoelectric conversion film; and a metallic thin film provided between the organic photoelectric conversion film and the upper electrode or between the organic photoelectric conversion film and the lower electrode. The metallic thin film is provided between the organic photoelectric conversion film and the upper electrode, and the upper electrode is constituted by an oxide semiconductor, a metal oxide, and a metallic thin film. The present technology can be applied to a vertical-type spectroscopic imaging device. |
