titleOfInvention | Shrinkage-reducing agent for hydraulic material |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shrinkage-reducing agent that exhibits an excellent performance of reducing the shrinkage of a hydraulic material.nThe shrinkage-reducing agent for a hydraulic material according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a compound that satisfies the following requirements (1) to (4).n(1) The 15 hit flow value (measured 10 minutes after starting kneading) ratio of a mortar composition in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar composition containing the compound at a solid content concentration of 0.1%, to a mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar not containing the compound, i.e., (15 hit flow value of mortar composition containing the compound)/(15 hit flow value of mortar not containing the compound)×100 is not more than 120.n(2) The ratio of the 15 hit flow value (measured 2 hours after starting kneading) ratio of a mortar composition in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar composition containing the compound at a solid content concentration of 0.1%, to a mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar not containing the compound, to the 15 hit flow value (measured 10 minutes after starting kneading) ratio of the former mortar composition to the latter mortar, i.e., (15 hit flow value ratio after 2 hours)/(15 hit flow value ratio after 10 minutes)×100 is not more than 110.n(3) The average grain diameter of the compound in an alkali solution is 2.2-8.5 nm.n(4) The product of the 15 hit flow value (measured 10 minutes after starting kneading) ratio of a mortar composition in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar composition containing the compound at a solid content concentration of 1.0%, to a mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar not containing the compound, and the 15 hit flow value ratio (measured 10 minutes after starting kneading) of a mortar composition in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar composition containing the compound at a solid content concentration of 0.1%, to a mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402, said mortar not containing the compound, i.e.,(15 hit flow value ratio of mortar composition containing 1.0% of the compound)×(15 hit flow value ratio of mortar composition containing 0.1% of the compound) is 10,100 or more. |
