abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic semiconductor composition that yields an organic semiconductor having excellent mobility and temporal stability, and to provide an organic semiconductor element having an organic semiconductor formed from the organic semiconductor composition. This organic semiconductor composition is characterized in: containing an organic semiconductor, an organic solvent (A), an organic solvent (B), and a surfactant having an organosiloxane moiety represented by –O–SiR 1 R 2 –; the organic semiconductor having a condensed polycyclic aromatic group that has four or more rings; at least two of the rings in the condensed polycyclic aromatic group having at least one atom selected from the group consisting of a sulfur atom, a nitrogen atom, a selenium atom, and an oxygen atom; a structure selected from the group consisting of a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring, and a phenanthrene ring being present as a partial structure in the condensed polycyclic aromatic group; and the organic semiconductor composition satisfying the relation SP(B)–SP(A)≥2MPa 1/2 when the SP values of the organic solvents (A) and (B) are SP(A) and SP(B). |
