abstract [Problem] To provide an absorbent article with excellent odor-counteracting effects when disposed. [Solution] An absorbent article provided with an odor-counteracting tape (70): which comprises a first gas barrier layer (71) connected to a pant-type disposable diaper and a second gas barrier layer (72) peelably applied on either the front or back surface of said first gas barrier layer (71) via an adhesive (73) containing an odor-counteracting agent; and with which odor is counteracted when the pant-type disposable diaper is disposed by peeling the second gas barrier layer (72) from the first gas barrier layer (71) to expose the adhesive (73) on the outer surface.
