Provided is a microfluidic device comprising: a platform provided with a plurality of chambers so as to more conveniently and mechanically operate a valve for controlling the flow of a fluid; at least one flow path connecting the chambers; and the valve for opening/closing the flow path, wherein the vale comprises a blocking member for selectively blocking the flow path, and a pressing member, which is installed on the blocking member, for moving the blocking member, wherein the pressing member has a structure which moves the blocking member by means of pressing through a linear reciprocal movement in the same direction as the direction of an external force, and wherein the valve further comprises a driving part for reversibly controlling the opening/closing of the flow path by the blocking member, by means of fixing the pressing valve at a moved position or returning the pressing valve to the original position. |
