Filament for 3d printing and method for producing crystalline soft resin molded article |
abstract |
Provided are a filament for 3D printing and a method for producing a crystalline soft resin molded article. The present invention is capable of molding a resin in a wide temperature range without excessively increasing an extrusion temperature via a 3D printer, and is capable of producing a crystalline soft resin molded article having excellent soft texture, shape reproducibility, shape retention, heat resistance, and the like. The present invention pertains to a filament for 3D printing, the filament comprising a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer which has a Duro D hardness (JIS K6253-1993) of 40 or less and in which thermal properties measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) satisfy the following conditions: the melting peak temperature (A) when the temperature is raised at 10°C/min is 120-220°C; the crystallization peak temperature (B) when the temperature is lowered at 10°C/min is 60-160°C; and the half-temperature width of the crystallization peak when the temperature is lowered at 10°C/min is 10-30°C. |
