The present invention is a beer-flavor alcoholic beverage containing: (A) a barley-derived component; (B) at least one species of acid selected from the group consisting of citric acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, and malic acid; and (C) at least one species of salt selected from the group consisting of citrate, lactate, phosphate, and malate. The content of component (B) is 180-850 ppm in terms of malic acid, the purine content is less than 0.08 mg/100 mL, and the alcohol concentration is 1-10 v/v%. This beer-flavor alcoholic beverage has a good balance of "satisfying taste," "sourness," "sweetness," and "alcohol taste" while having reduced purine content, and can provide a novel taste as a luxury product. |
