abstract |
The invention relates to a method of forming a modified colloid, the method comprising heating a moistened colloid to a temperature in excess of the temperature of the moistened colloids order-to-disorder transition temperature, wherein the moisture content is retained in the range of between about 20 and about 80% (w/w). The invention further relates to processes and uses of the modified colloid, and products or compositions made from such a modified colloid. |
