titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing polyepoxy polymer
abstract Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a polyepoxy polymer. The method comprises: under protection of nitrogen or argon gas, initiating, by a photosensitive free radical initiator under the condition of ultraviolet irradiation, sulfydryl-alkyne polymerization on a mixture of a dithiol compound and alkyne glycidyl ether or other alkyne-containing compounds to obtain the polyepoxy polymer. The quantity of the epoxy groups of the polyepoxy polymer in the present invention can be adjusted by changing the type of dimercapto monomers, the mixing ratio of the dimercapto monomers, and the mixing ratio of the alkyne glycidyl ether and the alkyne compounds of other types. The present invention has the advantages of fast reaction, simple and convenient process, easy post-treatment, large quantity of epoxy groups, controllable content and the like. The obtained polymer containing a large number of epoxy groups has wide application prospects in the fields of coatings, adhesives, printing ink, packaging materials, resin for composite materials, additives, high performance materials, functional materials and the like.
