abstract Disclosed are a rapid diagnosis strip and the preparation method thereof. The rapid diagnosis strip contains a binding pad coated with a nitrotyrosine antibody-fluorescent particle marker, a sample pad, a reaction film and an absorption pad, wherein a nitrotyrosine antibody-fluorescent particle marker spraying liquid is prepared before performing the processes of spraying, drying and sealing. Due to the character of far infrared fluorescent particles, there is no quenching phenomenon appearing for the tracer used in the invention, and the diagnosing strip doesn't have its own background far infrared fluorescence. This can significantly improve the signal stability and the anti-interference capability of the rapid diagnosis strip. Cooperating with the nitrated sample pad, the binding pad, the reaction film and the absorption pad, the specificity, sensitivity and veracity of the diagnosing strip can be further improved. When the fluorescent particle solution is mixed with a SMCC solution in advance, activating the activity of the fluorescent particles and then making them bind with the nitrotyrosine antibody, the stability of the tracer can be improved, thereby facilitating the improvement of the specificity, sensitivity and veracity of the diagnosing strip.
