abstract |
Provided is an oxidation reactor with which hydrocarbons can be oxidized efficiently in terms of both reaction efficiency and energy efficiency. This oxidation reactor is equipped with: a liquid introduction channel through which a liquid containing a hydrocarbon as a reaction substrate is introduced; a gas introduction channel through which gases comprising oxygen and ozone are introduced; a gas/liquid mixing part in which the liquid introduced through the liquid introduction channel is mixed with the gases introduced through the gas introduction channel; and a flow reactor containing an oxidation catalyst fixed thereto or packed thereinto. The oxidation reactor is characterized in that the gas/liquid mixing part has, disposed inside the channel, a movable particle which rotates and/or moves to mix the liquid with the gases and thereby form a gas/liquid slug flow, the gas/liquid slug flow being introduced into the flow reactor. |
