abstract | An organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate (1) and a cover plate (2) that are oppositely disposed, and comprises an electroluminescent structure (3) disposed between the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2) and a water and oxygen barrier wall (4) that is located on the periphery of the electroluminescent structure (3) and forms a closed annular structure. The water and oxygen barrier wall (4) is located between the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2), and is fitted to the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2) in a sealed manner to form a sealed space (6). The water and oxygen barrier wall (4) comprises multiple water and oxygen barrier layers (41) that are arranged in a spaced manner and are made of an inorganic material. A packaging adhesive (5) is disposed between every two adjacent water and oxygen barrier layers (41) to connect the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2). The organic electroluminescent device can effectively block water and oxygen and reduce water and oxygen transmittance, so as to extend the service life. |
