A bimetallic mercaptan transfer catalyst used in low-temperature mercaptan removal of liquefied petroleum gas. The catalyst is obtained by using an Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 composite oxide as a carrier and by loading bimetallic active components vanadium and nickel. The bimetallic mercaptan transfer catalyst has a proper specific surface area, a large quantity of metal active centers, and has the advantages that the catalyst is simple to prepare, has a high mercaptan conversion capability at a low temperature, and does not cause olefin saturation and polymerization, and the like. The bimetallic mercaptan transfer catalyst shows excellent mercaptan transfer performance in a mercaptan removal reaction of the LPG, has strong adaptability to raw materials, and can almost completely remove trace carbonyl sulfide contained in the LPG. |
