abstract Disclosed is a dispersing agent for agrochemicals, said dispersing agent comprising a denatured polyvinyl alcohol-based resin that has a structural unit carrying a nonionic hydrophilic group in a side chain and has a degree of saponification of 95 mol% or higher. By using the dispersing agent for agrochemicals, a dispersion, in which a hardly water-soluble agrochemical active ingredient employed as a dispersoid is dispersed in a stable state even in the case where the dispersoid has a relatively large particle size, can be provided.
