abstract A cigarette heater having an aerogel heat-insulating layer, comprising a casing (1), a heating element (3), a heating cavity (4) formed by the heating element (3), and a heat insulating layer (2) located between the heating element (3) and the casing (1); the heat insulating material of the heat insulating layer (2) is an aerogel, and the heat insulating layer (2) is divided into an inner layer (2-1) and an outer layer (2-2); the inner layer (2-1) directly contacts the heating element (3), and the outer layer (2-2) is located between the inner layer (2-1) and the casing (1); and the aerogel porous structure of the outer layer (2-2) of the heat insulating layer (2) is filled with and/or adsorbed to a phase-change material. The heat insulating layer (2) performs a protection function, reduces heat loss of the heating element (3), and improves the utilization rate of heat energy.
