The present invention relates to a method for producing a modified conjugated diene polymer, same produced thereby, modified conjugated diene polymer rubber composition comprising the modified conjugated diene polymer, and a tire comprising the modified conjugated diene polymer rubber composition, the method comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining an active polymer having an alkali metal terminal by using an organic alkali metal compound on vinyl aromatic monomer and conjugated diene monomer under a hydrocarbon solvent; and (b) coupling or bonding the active polymer having an alkali metal terminal with a compound expressed by the chemical formula 1. |
