abstract | Disclosed are an organotin containing a hyperbranched siloxane structure and a preparation method therefor. The hyperbranched siloxane with an active function group is dissolved in an alcohol to obtain a solution A; the temperature is slowly adjusted to 0°C-60°C, then a solution B obtained by mixing a tin-based initiator and an alcohol is dropped into the solution A, and reacted for 3-6 h, and after filtering and drying, an organotin containing a hyperbranched siloxane structure is obtained. Organotin series containing a hyperbranched polysiloxane structure with different catalytic activities are obtained by adjusting the molecular weight of the polysiloxane and the reaction ratio of the polysiloxane to the organotin in the present invention, and the tin content thereof is lower than the value of a micromolecular organotin, and at the same time, same are free of halogen, and have a low toxicity property. The organotin provided by the present invention has a terminal amino group, and can react with various groups; and the performance advantage of the hyperbranched polysiloxane structure helps make a thermosetting resin have a more excellent comprehensive performance. |
